Definitely a great choice. The products are of excellent quality. Beautiful gift packaging. Just what I asked for. Fast and efficient delivery. I ordered multiple items online, two of which were gifts. I had a bracelet customized. All items were top-notch and matched the descriptions and images online. It arrived super quick. I got updates about the shipping, and the delivery cost was quite fair. I would surely shop with them again.

The item arrived on schedule and matched the description perfectly, with solid updates on its status. I do have a tiny gripe, though: I ordered a 30" gold chain, and while I got exactly what I wanted, the website and the paperwork didn’t mention that a 30" length was available until I was in the process of ordering. The main heading only talked about sizes up to 24".

I got myself some gold sleeper hoop earrings in 22mm, but they sent me 18mm instead. I called to let them know about the mix-up, and the guy on the line asked me why I thought it was the wrong size! He then mentioned they don’t even carry 18mm (even though that’s what I got!). He said the sizes are just rough estimates and if I wasn’t satisfied, I’d have to pay for the return shipping. No apologies were given. The earrings are decent quality, so I decided to keep them, even though they’re not the size I wanted and not what was advertised. Just a heads up, I wouldn’t shop with them again since I’d be out of pocket for the postage.

Delivery was super quick and the items were of great quality. My grandson was really thrilled on Christmas morning.

The service was decent, and they had what I needed, but the shipping has been a letdown. I still haven't gotten my stuff, and it's been three weeks now.

I ordered a 9ct 2.9mm chain like it said in the ad. But what I got was a 2mm chain??? When I reached out to the shop, they didn’t even say sorry or offer to swap it for the right one. Just told me, 'If you’re not satisfied, send it back in the box for a refund!'
